20% Gratuity added to all parties, which also covers the tax. 8 person minimum.  Servers/assistants are employed on all parties at $40 per hour per server. Example-party of 8 people-1 server. A party of 12-16 pp-=2 servers etc. Servers are scheduled for 4 hrs per event.

If extensive bartending is expected at the event I recommend bringing in my bartender, priced structured the same as servers. If the event runs long due to guest's late arrival time additional server(s) time spent at event will be billed to client at $40 per hr or $20 per 1/2 hr.

​

A 50% deposit is required to secure all events. Balance is paid at the conclusion of the event. I accept Zelle, Checks and Cash.   

​

My staff and I do not wear masks. 

 

My service area is the central Coachella Valley.

 

Areas outside of the valley(Joshua Tree, Yucca Valley, Morongo Valley, 29 Palms, Desert Hot Springs, North Palm Springs, Coachella) are not in my service area.
